1 cup almonds
1 cup dried dates
3/4 cup coconut flakes
1/3 cup dried blueberries or sour cherries
1/3 cup hemp seeds
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/3 cup Awesome Food Company MCT Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp Rio Vista Olives Agrumato chili oil
1/4 tsp sea salt
4 tbsp coconut nectar
1 cup Systemls Nourish High Protein Vanilla protein powder
- Pulse above ingredients together in a food processor till everything comes together.
- Turn contents out into a large bowl, using your hands mold mixture into walnut sized balls, place into an airtight container and refrigerate.
- Will keep well for up to a week and a half.
